What Potkeeper is

Potkeeper is a shared ledger for amateur teams: game days, season dues, who fronted cash, and team wallet balances. It is not a bank, payment processor, or tax advisor. Version 1 does not collect card payments or send payouts.

Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Team books and roles

Each team has a financier who maintains the book. Financiers are responsible for entering accurate records. Players rely on those entries to understand their position. Invite only people who should access a team’s data.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Potkeeper. For example, do not:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or disruption of the service.
• Upload malware or abusive content.
• Use the service to harass others or impersonate someone else.

Availability and changes

We may update features, fix bugs, or change these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The service is provided as available; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Disclaimer

Potkeeper is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for financial decisions you make based on book entries. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim (currently zero for the free service).
